Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Simptico Home. These Terms & Conditions govern the use of our services, showroom appointments, and physical or digital ordering of custom furniture items.

1. General Provision

By purchasing our design systems or requesting consultations, you enter into a binding agreement with Simptico Home. If you do not agree to all elements in this document, please refrain from completing transactions.

2. Order Processing & Custom Sizing

Many of our slate stone configurations and steel shelving products are custom-sized to client specifications. Once an order design has entered physical production at our workshop, cancellations may be restricted or subject to custom handling fees. Standard order confirmations will be sent via email.

3. Pricing & Dutch Taxes

All prices indicated by Simptico Home are displayed in Euros (€) and are inclusive of the applicable Dutch Value Added Tax (BTW - Belasting toegevoegde waarde) unless specified otherwise. Shipping fees will be calculated at checkout based on geographical distance from our warehouse in Amsterdam.

4. Delivery & Inspection

We deliver throughout the Netherlands. Upon receiving your furniture, you are requested to inspect the components carefully. Any surface damage to slate units or steel parts must be reported to our customer service desk within 48 hours of delivery.

5. Warranties & Materials

Because slate is a natural geological product, unique patterns, slight texture shifts, and light color veins are natural characteristics and do not represent manufacturing defects. We offer a 5-year structural warranty on all welding joints and structural steel framing elements under normal residential usage.

6. Governing Law & Place of Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed exclusively by the laws of the Netherlands. Any legal claims, disputes, or proceedings arising out of transactions with Simptico Home will be settled exclusively by the Court of Amsterdam, Netherlands.
